Shipping and Returns

Postage (UK)

Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days of payment. PLEASE NOTE: Dispatch times can vary - you may get your order much sooner!

 

During busy periods please allow up to 7 days for dispatch.

 

We can only post to the postal address entered at checkout against the order.

 

Once dispatched, orders are sent using Royal Mail First Class delivery. Please note that first class delivery can take anything between 1-3 days. Please consider this when purchasing your item.

 

COMBINED POSTAGE: You will only be charged once for postage per order.

 

LOCAL PICK-UP: We do not currently offer a local pick-up service.

 

Please note: customers must take care when entering their address at checkout. The Royal Mail's policy is to send ALL items which have what they deem to be an "incomplete address" to the Royal Mail National Returns Centre in Northern Ireland. Gone are the days when they would just forward the mail on to the local delivery office to deal with.

 

Always make sure to enter a valid name, street number and postcode. If the address doesn’t have a street number and instead has a name, make sure to make this very clear by prefixing the building name with the words “building name”. For example; “Building name: Hillview”.

 

If a customer enters an incomplete address at checkout it is their responsibility to contact the Royal Mail National Returns Centre to try and retrieve their item. We cannot be held responsible for customer error at checkout. International Shipping (Rest of World)

Once dispatched, International orders are sent using standard international delivery. In our experience, international delivery usually takes 7-14 days. However, this can vary and can sometimes take up to 30 days. Please consider this when purchasing your item.

Returns & Cancellations

For most products, you have 28 days to cancel the order or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 28 days from the day on which you purchased the goods. This applies to cancelable goods (there’s a guide below to help you see what’s cancelable and what isn’t).

 

Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.

 

Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the seller).

 

What you can’t send back

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:

  • Anything that’s made to your specific requirements / is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element
  • Creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order.

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.

 

Extended Christmas returns policy

All cancellable goods purchased between 1st November and 22nd December in the same year can be returned in their original condition at any time before 10th January the following year. For all items purchased on 23rd December or after, our 28-day returns policy applies.
